Take a pan and pour oil in it. Add garlic, green chilies and ginger. Stir them well until golden brown. Add chopped onions and sauté. Next, add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, pav bhaji masala and mix everything well. Now, add chopped tomatoes and mix it with other ingredients in the pan. Add the eggs to the pan and whisk them until cooked properly. Make sure there are no raw portions. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
